Arrival in Accra

📅 Day 1 – Transfer to Elmina + Naming Ceremony
Accra → Elmina
Breakfast and checkout.
Scenic drive to Elmina Beach Resort.
Check-in and leisure time by the ocean.
Evening
Traditional African Naming Ceremony with cultural drumming and dancing.
Dinner at the resort.
📅 Day 2 – Cape Coast & Elmina Castle Tour
Guided tour of Elmina Castle.
Visit Cape Coast Castle, Door of No Return, museum, and memorial courtyard.
Reflection time on the beach.
Dinner and overnight in Elmina.
📅 Day 3 – Assin Manso & Elmina Town Tour
Morning trip to Assin Manso Ancestral Slave River Site.
Visit the Nnonko Nsuo (Slave River) and memorial grounds.
Return to Elmina for a local town tour: fishing harbor, markets, craft shops.
Dinner and overnight in Elmina.
📅 Day 4 – Kakum National Park + Farm Experience
Early departure to Kakum National Park.
Walk the famous Canopy Walkway or take a nature hike.
Visit a pineapple and cocoa farm to learn about local agriculture and taste fresh products.
Return to Elmina for dinner and relaxation.
📅 Day 5 – Royal Visit & Community Engagement
Visit to Elmina King’s Palace for an inauguration and cultural exchange.
Tour of local basic schools: meet teachers and students.
Socialize with community members and enjoy local storytelling.
Dinner and overnight in Elmina.
📅 Day 6 – Oceanfront Morning + Return to Accra
Breakfast by the ocean with free time to relax and enjoy the beach.
Afternoon departure to Accra.

📅 Day 7 – Wli Falls & Shai Hills
Early departure to the Volta Region to visit Wli Waterfalls, the tallest in West Africa.
Return toward Accra with a stop at Shai Hills Reserve for light hiking and wildlife viewing.
Evening return to Accra hotel.
📅 Day 8 – Historic Accra Tour
Visit Kwame Nkrumah Museum.
Tour Independence Square (Black Star Square).
Walk through W.E.B. Du Bois Center.
Shop at Makola Market, a bustling African marketplace.
Overnight in Accra.
📅 Day 9 – Art Centre & Departure
Morning visit to the Accra Arts Centre for crafts, drumming, souvenirs, and cultural interaction.
Return to hotel for packing and checkout.
Transfer to the airport for departure with farewell from the tour team.
